Vectoring Issues

There are some problems that can occur when vectoring. Quite a few actually. Lines that you made may not actually connect. You may have vectored all around a the image without considering how it will fill so that now parts that should be different colors are all that one color. Maybe when you vectored there are some areas that just don't look smooth. Whatever the problem, we need to fix it. These videos will help!

​The first two here go hand in hand and describe the process of layering and planning your vector. A good plan and vectoring each shape separately can save you a lot of time!
This next video will explain what can happen to your image if the lines don't all connect properly and also how to fix it. The last half explains the process of separating parts if they should not have the same color fill. 
This final video describes the process of cleaning up parts of a vector that may not look the greatest. The plus plus minors trick and the scissors tool are described in this video.
